Please see our tryout information on the following image. All athletes trying out for a sport are required to have a valid VHSL Physical on file with the Eastern View Athletic Department. These forms can be dropped off at the main office or e-mailed to Coach Pickett as completed.

If you need to check on the expiration date of your physical on file from the 2025-2026 school year, please email Mr. Lucas, Athletic Trainer, or Coach Pickett, Activities Director. Students entering into the 9th grade from a middle school should bring either a new completed physical form or a copy of their existing physical submitted to the middle school to the high school.
