Any and all athletes that are looking to participate in conditioning or weightlifting must have a valid physical on file with the Athletic Department. Contact Coach Pickett (AD) or Coach Lucas (AT) to confirm the expiration of your current physical. Updated physicals can be turned into the main office at Eastern View during the school’s summer business hours.
SUMMER DEAD PERIOD FOR ALL PROGRAMS FROM JUNE 21ST TO JULY 5TH – NO TEAM ACTIVITIES FOR ANY PROGRAM – WEIGHT ROOM CLOSED
WEIGHT ROOM SCHEDULE – 11 AM and later sessions led by Strength Coach Whisenant. Earlier sessions managed by coaches only.

FOOTBALL: Weight Room above + Summer Run Program on Wednesday mornings from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
VOLLEYBALL: Weight Room above only due to gym construction at Eastern View.
FIELD HOCKEY: Tuesday/Thursdays Conditioning before weight room 7:30 A – 9:00 A. Wednesday evening intrasquad scrimmages from 6:30 P – 7:30 P. Schedule runs through July 16th and then a break before tryouts!
CROSS COUNTRY: Beginning June 16th. Weight Room times above + running session to follow from 9:00 A – 10:00 A.
GOLF: Go play some golf! No conditioning on campus prior to tryouts.
CHEER: Schedule to be determined after sideline tryouts are completed. See cheer page for tryout info.
BOYS LACROSSE: Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
GIRLS LACROSSE: Summer off! Enjoy!
